Balance Yoga and Wellness offers a series of yoga classes that are suitable to all ages and all fitness levels. Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, meditation. A common yoga class typically includes: An introduction A warm up Yoga postures/movement Relaxation and/or meditation. Benefits of yoga include but not limited to: Develop stamina Increase balance Increase flexibility Increase muscle strength and tone Improve respiration, energy and vitality Assists in concentration and focus Gives clarity and calms the mind Assist in reducing anxiety.

Sculpt with Mickayla

-Sculpt is a dynamic class that incorporates cardiovascular exercise into traditional Yoga/Pilate sequences. Designed to target and tone all the major muscle groups, paying particular attention to the Core.

6.15pm

Yin/Yoga Nidra with Mickayla

Suitable for all levels. Fantastic for promoting flexibilty and releasing tension from our muscles. Finished with the beautiful practice of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation of body awareness and visualisation

Tuesday

6.15pm

Release & Restore with Charmain-

Suitable for all levels. A mixed class of gentle stretching and relaxation. This meditative practice cultivates a necessary balance between body and mind while dissolving physical and mental tension

Wednesday

5.30pm

Vinyasa with Mickayla

Low impact practice that gets the body moving and concentrated on strengthening and balancing. This will raise your heart rate. Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by flowing postures together so that you move from one to another using breath

Sculpt with Mickayla

Attention parents!! Feel free to bring the kids/bubba’s along to this class
